The progress of your order can be tracked by using a unique tracking reference number which can be found in your order history or in the email you received from us. You can also track the order via our delivery partner's website.
Our delivery partners will require a signature to ensure that you received your items in good order. If you are unavailable to collect and sign on their first visit our delivery partners may leave it with a neighbour, or in a safe place (i.e. hidden from sight and protected from the rain). A contact card will be posted through your door to let you know this has been done.
Our delivery partners will attempt re-delivery up to a maximum of three (3) times and if delivery is not successful after the third attempt they will return the goods to us and we will issue you a Credit Note. We reserve the right to re-charge any delivery cost for re-delivery to you.
