Unfortunately, once you have made payment we are unable to cancel any orders. All items are non-refundable. We will issue you with a Credit Note for the value of order in which you can use to exchange for products in our stores. Under circumstances where stock are not available, we shall proceed with refund based on our return & refund policy.
We offer free shipping upon minimum spend of RM150 for West Malaysia and RM450 for East Malaysia. We offer standard shipping for flat rate base on weight.

Once we received your order, the standard delivery time generally will be 5-7 working days. You can get your order even faster depending on location and courier.
When your package is passed to the courier delivery, you will receive a confirmation by email. This confirmation will contain a tracking number that can be used to track online the status of your package. The track and trace system can be used to follow the progress of your package.
You will receive a notification card from the courier service, informing you that a second attempt will be made on a specified date or you can contact them for other action (pickup at center).

Al-Ikhsan does not provide any warranty for the Products. Any warranty in relation to the Products, if provided, shall be from the manufacturer. For Products shipped internationally, please note that any manufacturer warranty may not be valid; manufacturer service options may not be available; Product manuals, instructions and safety warnings may not be in destination country languages; the Products (and accompanying material) may not be designed in accordance with destination country standards, specifications, and labelling requirements. The Customer is responsible for assuring that the Product(s) can be lawfully imported into the destination country.

All items are non-refundable.
We accept returns within valid reasons for items that were purchased at Al-Ikhsan outlets and our Online Shop only.
If any items purchased on our Online Shop are incorrect item or damaged, you are allowed to exchange the items. Please contact our customer services by email to email@example.com or contact us at Toll Free 1800 22 8188. However, note that the item will not be exchanged on the spot as it’s subject to stock availability. The return process may take up to 7 working days depending on stock availability.
